Start a working relationship between Prodigie Professional Services (PPS) and Customer.
The goal is to align expectations, determine feasibility and evaluate risk.
Engage with customer assets, build foundational relationships, work together effectively.
Establish and/or review user requirements, build an initial project approach, support funding opportunities & applications.
Alignment of requirements, risk mitigation, costs and solution design, by Prodigie Professional Services (PPS) and Customer.
Emphasize pragmatic functionality and reusability to lower risk and improve time to readiness.
Coordinate with customer assets to formalize and validate user requirements, develop functional design and documentation (FDS), mitigate risk, and create project plan.
Formulation and development of solution and associated documentation, per Functional Design Specification.
Coordinate customer assets to formalize and validate solution’s detailed design, develop validation plans and procedures, develop training plans and supporting documentation.
Develop solution, verify deployment readiness as per above FDS.
Finalization of solution, and subsequent delivery.
Validation, test mitigation, onsite integration, and subsequent training.
Finalize, deliver, solution deployment, site readiness confirmation,, issue resolution.
Provide training of key administration and operations personnel.
Add subject matter experts to team throughout the process: applied research, technology developers, experts in supply chain, customers, investors, suppliers, start-up companies, end users …
Factor into consideration: distribution of work, costs and intellectual property rights
Risk management particularly in moving from a laboratory-scale innovation to a full-scale operation.
Ensure seamless cooperation between sales, marketing, production, procurement and finance –this cannot wait until the research project is in its final stage.
